Blocky type (hybrid F1)

The Amsterdam-K110 is a different pepper plant with blocky fruits from the hybrid F1 family. This plant is ready to be harvested after 45 days from transplantation so quite early in maturity. The plant can be classified as slightly dwarf which is resistant to the Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). Amsterdam-K110 is also spreading which means it grows low and spreads along the ground rooting at nodes along the stem. The plant is vigorous and has a great tolerance against wind.
The dimensions of the fruit are approximately 8.3 centimeters in length with a diameter of 8.2 centimeters. The square shaped fruit weighs about 190 grams with a smooth ,uniform surface and high wall thickness. For shipping this fruit is ideal.
